Jangsu Galmaegi Main Branch

Jangsu Galmaegi Bonjeom is an old restaurant in Mapo Galmaegi Golmok that grills pork, mainly galmaegisal. Egg batter is poured along the edge of the grill and eaten with pa jeorim and mugeun kimchi, and the galmaegisal is seasoned with pepper and grilled until chewy. Seating includes open-sided spots and floor seats, and customers are numerous even late at night. Tables are packed close together, and the room is loud enough to make conversation difficult.
