Janggane Gopchang

Janggane Gopchang is a family-run restaurant in Seoul that serves gopchang gui and makchang. The gopchang has little oil, the casing is grilled crisp, and it holds a lot of gop. Ingredients run out quickly and the restaurant has days when it is closed, so arrive early or reserve by phone. There is no parking space.
