Ilsin Jeongyuk Sikdang

Ilsin Jeongsik Dang is a butcher-shop restaurant in Ahyeon-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, where diners pick their own meat. It sits inside Ahyeon Market, reached from Exit 4 of Ahyeon Station on Line 2. Customers choose from chilled special cuts, pork collar, and Hanwoo++, and the kitchen also serves meals such as abalone galbitang, yukhoe bibimbap, and chadol doenjang jjigae. Meat is selected at the butcher counter, a table-setting fee is charged separately, and charcoal is provided, which makes the total bill higher than at other places.
