Hwanggeum Kongbat

Hwanggeum Kongbat is a tofu restaurant near Aeogae Station in Seoul that makes its own tofu and serves dishes such as saeng dubu, dubu jjagaei, and dubu wanja. Saeng dubu is served to be eaten for the tofu's own flavor, while dubu jjagaei comes in a spicy broth that mixes elements of kimchi stew and budae jjigae. Parties of five or more can reserve a room, and the evening course meal is also by reservation, with kongguksu offered in summer. Parking space is limited, so bringing a car is difficult.
