Hwang-Gob

Hwanggop is a gopchang grill restaurant in Seoul that serves gopchang (grilled intestines), makchang (beef abomasum), and mixed gopchang. Order the mixed platter and staff grill it at the table, cooking aged kimchi and scallions alongside. The meal starts with yukhoe and a seafood stew with shrimp, and ends with egg fried rice that can be ordered with cheese. The gopchang comes with pa kimchi and golbaengi bibim noodles.
