Hoshikuzu

Hoshikuzu is a Japanese restaurant on the basement first floor of Jaehwa Square near Gongdeok Station in Seoul, serving sushi, sashimi, and omakase. Its menu centers on eel dishes, along with kaisendon, futomaki, and braised sea bream head. The restaurant moved to a larger space in the basement of Jaehwa Building and has no private rooms. At lunch, a wait can form.
