Hongik Dakhanmari

Hongik Dak Hanmari is a chicken restaurant near Hongdae in Seoul that serves dak hanmari and dak gomtang. The chicken is served in a clear, rich broth with cabbage and a sour house sauce on the side. After the chicken is taken out, kalguksu noodles are added to the remaining broth, which is then cooked down into porridge. The broth is not spicy, so many foreign customers eat there.
