Hong-Won

Hongwon is a Chinese restaurant near Sogang University that serves jjajangmyeon and tangsuyuk. Its signature dish, gochu jaengban jjajang, uses thinner noodles than other places and can only be ordered for two or more people. The tangsuyuk is crisp and moist, and the dining room is large enough for groups of 20, with the hall available by reservation. Food tends to come out slowly.
