Hoesarang

Hoesarang is a neighborhood hoe restaurant near Mapo Station in Seoul that serves sea bream, flounder, and salmon hoe with maeuntang (spicy fish stew). The sea bream and flounder set comes with tteokbokki, jjolmyeon, and seaweed soup, and the yellowtail is cut thick. A married couple runs the place, which offers delivery and stays open late. The maeuntang is on the thin side.
