Hanwoo Jeongyuk Madang

Hanwoo Jeongyuk Madang is a butcher-shop restaurant in Seoul that serves Hanwoo and beef dishes. Tenderloin comes with butter, and chuck flap, yukhoe, and gopchang jeongol can also be ordered. Staff grill the meat on a cast-iron pot or stone plate and finish it with a torch. At lunch, rice is included, and corkage is allowed, but guests must bring their own glasses, ice bucket, and opener.
