Guldari Restaurant

Guldari Sikdang 2nd Branch is a Korean restaurant in Seoul that serves kimchi stew, jeyuk bokkeum, and rolled omelette. The kimchi stew, made with large cabbage kimchi and thick pork, has a sour and rich broth like something cooked at home. The jeyuk bokkeum coats thick pork in a sweet gochujang-based sauce. The pork is on the dry side.
