Gangdongwon

Gangdongwon is a Chinese restaurant in Mangwon, Seoul, serving ganjjajang, tangsuyuk, and jjamppong. The ganjjajang is made with less sweetness and well-fried onions, and the tangsuyuk is fried again after ordering to keep it crisp. Around 10 a.m., writing your menu and phone number in the guestbook gets you a number in line, and when you receive a call you must arrive within five minutes to be seated. On weekends, waits of two hours and thirty minutes have occurred.
