Fluffybakeshop

Fluffybakeshop is a baked-goods shop near Gongdeok Station in Seoul that sells madeleines, financiers, and canelés. It uses AOP-grade Lescure butter, which gives the pastries a strong butter flavor; the madeleines are moist, and the financiers are crisp outside and chewy inside. There is seating inside the shop, and parking is free for one hour, so both takeout and eating in are possible. In the afternoon or later, items including the financiers often sell out.
