Eunseong Sundaeguk

Eunseong Sundaeguk is a sundae specialty restaurant in an alley of Ahyeon Market in Seoul. It serves sundae guk, a soup with clear broth, head meat, and sundae, eaten with saeujeot, deulkkae garu, and gochu yangnyeomjang. A line forms at lunch, but the tables turn over quickly and takeout is available. It closes early in the evening, so arriving late means missing out.
