Eunhaenggol Hongdae Station Branch is a sushi and udon restaurant near Hongdae Station in Seoul. It seasons warm rice with a sweet base and tops it with aged fish, which gives the sushi a moist texture that falls apart in the mouth. The sushi sets are divided into three: Teuksang, Teukseon, and Teukmi. The freshness and quality of the fish are disappointing.
