Eulmildae Pyeongyang Naengmyeon is a long-running restaurant in Mapo-gu, Seoul, serving Pyeongyang naengmyeon (cold noodles) and nokdujeon. The mul-naengmyeon broth has a strong meat aroma, while the buckwheat noodles develop a nutty aroma as you chew. Weekend waits range from about 20 minutes to an hour, and tables turn over at a decent pace. The nokdujeon is small.
