Dohajeong

Dohajeong is a gomtang restaurant in Seoul that serves clear gomtang. The clear broth is topped with beef, egg garnish, and scallions. Teukgomtang comes with a generous amount of meat, and the gomtang and kimchi are served in yugi bowls. The kimchi and kkakdugi are mild in salt and light in flavor.
