Daedu Sogopchang

Daedu Sogopchang is a small intestine grill restaurant in the Gongdeok area of Seoul that serves gopchang, makchang, yang, and yeomtong. The modum platter comes with gopchang, makchang, yang, yeomtong, and hongchang, and diners grill it on an oily pan with onions, potatoes, and chives. Disposable aprons and plastic bags for storing bags are provided, and customers crowd in during evening peak hours. Food prices are on the high side.
