Chukahiro

Chukahiro is a ramen shop in a residential alley in Hakdong, Seoul, run by a Japanese owner. The broth combines pork bones and chicken for tonkotsu ramen and shoyu ramen, and the shop also serves a mildly spicy soup curry ramen. The small space inside a regular villa building also sells mini chashu don and karaage. The shop is very cramped, so seating is limited.
