Chihiro Hongdae

Chihiro Hongdae is a Japanese restaurant in Hongdae that serves tendon and several kinds of rice bowls. The tendon, salmon rice bowl, and daechang (beef large intestine) rice bowl are plated with care, and the daechang rice bowl comes with a sweet and spicy sauce. The dining room is tidy, and at midday tables turn over quickly, so even when a wait forms, seats open up fast. The onsen tamago arrives fully cooked rather than soft-boiled.
