Butanchu Hongdae Main Branch serves Kyoto-style tonkotsu ramen and tsukemen in the Hongdae and Sangsu area. Customers choose noodle thickness and the amount of scallion, garlic, and sauce, and can add karaage and gyoza sets. The shop operates without a break and stays open until dawn on Fridays and Saturdays. The base seasoning is on the salty side.
