Boncho Yachae Gopchang

Boncho Yachae Gopchang is a neighborhood gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant in Seongsan, Seoul, serving vegetable gopchang and beef small intestine jeongol. The beef small intestine jeongol comes with a spicy, rich broth, and the spice level can be chosen. There is parking for seven to eight cars behind the restaurant, and takeout orders are available. The gopchang has no gamey smell and the portions are large.
