Bolppalgan Kkotdwaeji (Tamna Don)

Bolppalgan Kkotdwaeji (Tamla Don) is a meat restaurant near Hongdae in Seoul that serves ogyeopsal and bossam. The samgyeopsal is par-cooked over rice straw before it comes to the table, so it can be eaten right away. The menu also includes bokkeum bap, fried rice. It comes with doenjang jjigae.
