A SLICE

A Slice is a bakery in a semi-basement on a quiet alley near Gyeongui Line Forest Park and Yeontral Park in Mapo-gu, Seoul, selling sandwiches, meal breads and simple drinks. The creamy egg bun contains egg and cheese, and the grilled toast combines basil pesto, mozzarella, dried tomato and black olive. On weekends there is a wait at opening, and dogs are allowed inside. Potato bread and a mashed potato sandwich are also available, and the butter red bean pretzel is made with salt, butter and red bean.
