Yakitori Mikawa

Mikawa is a yakitori bar in Seogyo-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, near the Hongdae main street. It serves charcoal-grilled yakitori, yakisoba, and nabe. The owner debones the chicken and grills it over charcoal, with several cuts served as skewers. Skewers are grilled over hot charcoal after ordering, and the yakisoba is made in a less sweet Japanese style, with a wait possible because seating is limited.
