Min Kitchen

Ming Kitchen is a fusion pub and restaurant located between Hongdae Station and Sanullim Small Theater in Seogyo-dong, Seoul. It serves bajirak suljjim, yukjeon, and kimchijeon, with the yukjeon made from chadolbaegi and the kimchijeon prepared with added bacon. Pasta noodles can be added to the bajirak suljjim to eat it like vongole pasta. The venue is in a basement space, reached by walking down five stairs.
