Knit Bar

Neat Bar is a small bar in Seoul that serves a range of whiskies and cocktails. The owner-bartender asks which style you want, such as sweet, bitter, or fruit-forward, and builds the cocktail around it, and several kinds of whisky are also available. Up the stairs behind the green door, street noise fades, and a wood bar with cushions along its edge and quiet music continue inside. The owner-bartender adds an explanation of the drink, and the on-the-rocks glass holds a large cube of ice.
