Cheolgil Busanjip Supgil

Cheolgil Busan Jip Supgil is a Japanese-style pub on Gyeongui Line Forest Trail in Seoul, built around eomuk, hoe and tataki. An eomuk set comes with beef tataki and salmon sashimi, alongside daetongju and sake. An eomuk order for two includes two basic skewers, two chosen skewers, mulddeok, yubu and eomuk balls, seven items in all, with the broth heated at the table. The interior is small, so waits can run long.
