Nanjji Yeonmot is a city park in Seoul built around a pond fed by water drawn from the Han River. The Unicef Plaza beside the pond is a circular walking and resting area with a full view of the water. A stream designed as a riffle flows through the pond, and baby lotus, cattails, water lilies, horsetail and Japanese iris keep the water clear. Nanji Beach, a sandy shore, sits at the edge, and the park has many tree-shaded spots and benches.
