Noeul Park in Sangam-dong is a Seoul city park built on the former Nanjido landfill. From its high ground, the Han River, Bukhansan, and Haengju Bridge are visible, and the park contains a campground, a park golf course, and a sculpture garden. Visitors can ride the Maengkkongi car up from the parking lot or walk, and food and coffee are sold in the convenience store's outdoor area. On weekends, parking and Maengkkongi car rides are crowded, making access inconvenient.
