Mapo Saebit Culture Forest

Mapo Saebit Culture Forest is a park in Dangin-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, next to the Dangin-ri Power Plant site, looking across the Han River toward the office towers of Yeouido. Most of the former power plant grounds are flat, with a walking path and a shuttle elevator connecting to Hangang Park. Exhibits cover the site's history, including the coal trains that ran there until the 1970s and the power plant's changes over time, and cherry blossoms reach full bloom from late March to early April. Shade and benches are limited, and there are no bicycles, kickboards, play equipment, or water fountains.
