Hangang Park Mangwon District is a tourist spot in Seoul where visitors look out over the Han River. People come here to ride bicycles or walk along the riverbank for exercise. Village buses run through the area, and the fireworks festival on Seogang Bridge is visible from here. The large crowds make the space feel cramped.
