Ttotto Kalguksu

Ttotokalguksu is a neighborhood noodle shop near Mangwon Market in Mangwon-dong, Seoul, serving kalguksu with clams and seafood, pat kalguksu, sujebi, and kaljebi. Before the meal, barley rice comes out to mix with gochujang and yeolmu kimchi, and the seafood kalguksu contains shrimp, oman-dungi, and clams. On Dongji, only dongji patjuk ongsimi and seafood kalguksu can be ordered, and takeout customers form a separate line. The clam shells in the seafood kalguksu are sometimes chewy.
