Sanbol

Sanbol is a small Japanese home-style restaurant in Mangwon, Seoul, serving roast beef rice bowls and hamburg steak. The roast beef bowl comes with sous-vide beef topped with a sweet sauce, mixed with egg yolk and served with salad, soup, and wasabi. Seating is split between three or four two-person tables and a four-person bar table. The space is very small, so parties of more than two people have trouble finding a seat.
