Samgyeopsal Day

Samgyeopsal Day is a samgyeopsal (pork belly) restaurant in Mangwon, Seoul. It grills fresh and frozen samgyeopsal on a cast-iron lid, served with kimchi, scallion salad, and seasoned bean sprouts to wrap in gim. Lettuce and side dishes are self-service, and fried rice is prepared on the griddle at the end. Parking is difficult.
