Myeongtaegong is a Korean restaurant in Seongsan, Seoul, serving myeongtae jorim and kodari jjim. The dishes come with bean sprouts tossed in a sweet and spicy sauce, eaten by wrapping the mixture with seaweed and soft pollack flesh. Because the jorim takes time to cook, calling in an order 20 minutes before arrival brings the food out faster. Air conditioning is limited, so the room gets hot and diners sweat easily while eating spicy food.
