Miltonia is a small bakery in an alley in Seoul that sells plain bread and pies. It offers two kinds of baguette, chocolate orange campagne, apple pie, and canelé, with generous amounts of fillings inside the bread. The shop is run by the owner alone, so there are no tables or tasting space, and when it is busy customers choose in turn. The apple pie's pastry is not the kind that shatters crisply.
