Milmyeonjip is a milmyeon restaurant in Mangwon, near Mangwon Market, serving mul milmyeon, bibim milmyeon, and samgyeopsal. The noodles are chewy, between naengmyeon and jjolmyeon in texture, and the bibim milmyeon can be ordered with samgyeopsal on the side. The mul milmyeon is served cold, and its broth has an aroma and sourness that differ from naengmyeon. The sourness of the broth is divisive.
