Mangwon Yeojanggun

Mangwon Yeojanggun is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Mangwon-dong, Seoul, grilling pork cuts and offal over charcoal. The sal modeum platter comes with galmaegisal, pork jowl, kkodeulsal, ppolsal, agusal, and hyeomitssal. One serving is 300g, and additional meat and offal can be ordered. The doenjang jjigae is made in a cheonggukjang style, and the pachae is seasoned with sesame oil and salt to eat with the grilled meat.
