Mangwon-dong Yong Guksu

Mangwon-dong Yongguksu is a modest noodle shop in an alley in Mangwon-dong, Seoul, serving anchovy-based noodles and sujebi (hand-torn dough soup), as well as beef-bone-broth tteok-manduguk. The tteok-manduguk contains beef-bone broth and chewy rice cakes, with kimchi served alongside. Water and kimchi are self-service. The broth is lightly seasoned and clean-tasting.
