Mangwon-dong Makguksu

Mangwon-dong Makguksu is a makguksu restaurant in Mangwon, Seoul, serving makguksu and memil jeonbyeong. The noodles are made in-house, and the seasoning is kept light so the buckwheat flavor comes through. The noodles have a high buckwheat content, so they break apart easily while still being chewy. The memil jeonbyeong is crisp on the outside and filled inside.
