Mangwon-dong Dwaeji Gukbap is a restaurant in Mangwon-dong, Seoul, that serves Busan-style pork gukbap with a clear broth. The gukbap contains pork, sundae, and offal, comes with chives on the side, and thin somyeon noodles can be added by yourself. It is served in a ttukbaegi that has been boiling hard, hot enough to burn your tongue. The meat is cut into small pieces and the portion is on the small side.
