Kitami

Kitami is a Japanese restaurant near the main gate of Donggyo Elementary School in Mangwon, Seoul, serving yakisoba, katsu sando, and chicken nanban. The deluxe yakisoba contains squid, shrimp, and cabbage, and is mixed with a soft-boiled egg and mayonnaise before eating. The napolitan pasta has a ketchup base with added char and savory notes, and the egg can be ordered soft-boiled or fully cooked. The pork cutlet is dry when only the lean meat is eaten and greasy when fat is mixed in.
