Hyeongje Butadon

Hyeongje Butadon is a Japanese restaurant specializing in butadon and maze-soba, located a 10-minute walk from Exit 2 of Mangwon Station in Seoul. The signature dish is butadon, made with thinly sliced samgyeopsal with a moderate layer of fat, topped with grilled shishito peppers and a raw egg. Diners mix the raw egg and soy sauce into the meat and rice, and the portion of rice is generous. Prices are on the higher side.
