Hissatsuwaza

Hissatsuwaza is a tsukemen specialist near Mangwon Market, a nine-minute walk from Exit 2 of Mangwon Station in Seoul. The tsukemen is served with noodles on the side and a thick tsukejiru dipping broth, and tonkotsu ramen also appears on the menu. Instructions posted on the wall explain how to eat the tsukemen, and the order arrived twelve minutes after it was placed. The noodles have a soft texture.
