Huiok serves Japanese ramen in a residential area near Mangwon Station, on the first floor of a building in an alley off Mangwon Market street. It offers shio ramen on a chicken broth base and shoyu ramen with added soy sauce depth, both with thin, smooth house-made noodles. The shop opens at 11 a.m., and CatchTable on-site and remote reservations close early, with cases of entering around 1 p.m. after waiting from just after opening. The space is long and narrow, seating only four or five parties at the counter at once, so waits run long.
