Hangang Dwaeji Jip is a meat restaurant in Mangwon, Seoul, serving frozen samgyeopsal (pork belly), fresh ogyeopsal, and direct-fire pork skin. It sits next to the Mangwon reservoir on the way to Mangwon Hangang Park, and the owner presses and grills the pork skin at the table while side dishes and vegetables are taken from a self-service bar. The small dining room has only seven grills, so waits are possible during busy hours, and the minimum order is three servings. The portions of meat are not large.
