Gajok Siktak

Gajok Sikdak is a gomtang restaurant in Mangwon, Seoul, serving clear, mild Hanwoo gomtang and yukhoe bibimbap mixed with fish sauce instead of gochujang. The bibimbap is mixed with fish sauce to bring out the flavor of the ingredients. Side dishes such as house-made kimchi and jangajji are served, and the restaurant reopened after moving from Sangsu Station to Mangwon. Seasoning is light, so it may taste bland to those who eat salty food.
