Dwaeji Bangatgan

Dwaeji Bangatgan is a pork restaurant near Mangwon Station in Seoul that serves grilled samgyeopsal (pork belly) and pork collar cooked over direct heat. The meat is grilled so the outside is crisp and the inside stays moist, ready to eat as soon as it arrives. Orders come with bibimbap mixed with sesame oil, various side dishes, and sundubu (soft tofu stew) when you order a serving of meat. Steamed egg is ordered separately.
