Bonga Kkeopdegi

Bonga Kkeopdaegi is a grilled meat restaurant at the Mangwonjeong intersection in Mangwon, Seoul, serving aged pork and pork skin. It offers whole pork jowl and galmaegisal, along with kimchi-mali noodles and naengmyeon, and the meat comes out pre-seared. Basic side dishes are provided, vegetables and side dishes can be refilled at the self-service bar, and the sauce contains cheongyang chili and wasabi. The dining room is small, so a wait forms on weekends.
